Staying in touch

How do I find out what my child did today?

Through the Brightwheel app. Parents receive daily reports covering what their child did through the day, and supply requests come through the same app. We also complete periodic observations to confirm your child is meeting their milestones, and we want to hear about the new things your child is doing at home so the partnership works in both directions.

Good to know

Policies parents ask about

When should I keep my child home?

Keep your child at home for the duration of any illness. It speeds their healing and it keeps the other children from getting sick. When your child is ready to come back, we appreciate a note from their doctor confirming your child is no longer contagious.

Can you work around my child's dietary restrictions?

Yes. We understand many children have dietary restrictions due to allergies, religious beliefs or personal preferences. Tell us beforehand what you want limited or excluded and we will make sure nothing on that list is served to your child.

How do I get the Parent Handbook?

You receive it with your enrollment packet, and we ask that you read through it before your child's first day. If you need another copy, call the office at 817-652-1100.

How do I set up a tour?

Call 817-652-1100 or use our contact form. We have an open door policy during office hours. Call ahead and a staff member is free to walk you through.

Call and a real person picks up

Call the office between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and a real person will pick up.
