Our Arlington Christian learning center is seeking energetic, spirit filled teachers to join our team. Full time and part time positions.

Our staff serve as positive role models and provide care that is supportive, nurturing, warm and responsive to each child's individual needs. Teachers here regularly participate in educational seminars and bring new ideas back into the classroom.
Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience
- A personal relationship with Jesus
- Ability to pass an FBI fingerprint check
- CPR and First Aid certification
- TB skin test
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable transportation
A plus: early childhood education credits or a degree.

What the job actually asks of you
Confidence leading a classroom
You must be mentally and physically capable of caring for a large group of children alone in a classroom.
Physically active work
Kneeling, bending, squatting, lifting, pushing and carrying children up to 40 pounds.
Reliability, every day
A strong work ethic, punctuality and minimum absences. Families plan their workday around us.
Real understanding of children
An awareness of the unique needs of children and appropriate expectations of their abilities.
Faith you live out
A personal relationship with Jesus, modeled in front of children who are watching everything.
Willingness to keep learning
Our teachers attend educational seminars and bring what they learn into daily lesson plans.
