Enrollment
Admission to our Arlington Christian learning center is open to all children aged 6 weeks to 13 years. Here is exactly how it works.

Three steps
From first call to first day
No hidden stages, no surprise paperwork at the end. This is the whole process. Not sure which room your child belongs in? Start with programs and curriculum.
Check availability
Call us and we will tell you what is open for your child's age. If there is no opening right now, we add you to the waiting list and contact you as soon as a space comes free.
Interview and tour
Come see us. Allow 30 to 45 minutes so we have time to talk through your child's specific needs, walk you through our policies and answer everything you want to ask. Bring your child along, they can meet the other children and see what there is to do here.
Complete the enrollment packet
Let us know within 24 hours of your tour that you intend to enroll. A nonrefundable registration fee reserves your child's space, and we hand you the enrollment packet. Return it with immunization records and the first week's tuition, then read through the Parent Handbook before the first day.
Before day one
What has to be on file
Completed enrollment packet
Every form filled in. A child's file has to be complete and accurate before they can start.
Immunization records
Submitted with the packet, unless your child is school age, in which case the school holds them.
Allergy care plan
If your child has any allergies, complete the plan and note them on the admission packet.
Medical authorization
Required before we are allowed to apply diaper rash cream or administer anything else.
First week's tuition
Paid along with the packet. The registration fee is separate and is what reserves the space.
The Parent Handbook, read
Take the time to read the program policies before your child's first day of attendance.
If plans change
Withdrawing your child
Parents wishing to withdraw a child from care must submit written notice at least two weeks before the child's last day. The final payment covers the child's last two weeks of care, whether the child is brought in during that time or not.
Good to know
Enrollment questions, answered
How much is tuition?
Tuition and the nonrefundable registration fee are given during your interview and tour. That way we quote the schedule your family actually needs rather than a generic weekly rate. Call 817-652-1100 and ask.
What if you have no openings for my child's age?
Add your name to the waiting list and we contact you as soon as an opening becomes available. Availability moves, especially around the late August transition when children move up a room.
What documents do I need to enroll?
A completed enrollment packet with all proper documents, including immunization records. School age children are the exception, since their immunization records are kept on file at the school they attend. No child can be accepted for care without proper forms on file and payment of the first week's tuition.
How long does the tour take?
Allow 30 to 45 minutes. That gives us adequate time to discuss your child's specific needs, walk through program policies and answer all of your questions. Bring your child with you if you like, they can meet the other children and see what there is to do.
What if I need to withdraw my child?
Submit a written notice at least two weeks before your child's last day of care. The final payment covers the last two weeks of care, whether the child is brought to care during that time or not.
Do I have to decide right away after the tour?
Let us know within 24 hours of the interview and tour whether you intend to enroll. Once the registration fee is paid your child's space is reserved and we hand you the enrollment packet.
